All purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE. STORE CREDIT in the form of a GIFT CARD ONLY, NO CASH OR CREDIT REFUNDS!! NO EXCEPTIONS!!

24 Hours after an order is placed, any cancellations will occur a 30% restocking fee.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase so we will gladly exchange(if item is in stock) or issue a gift card on any unworn items within 5 days of contacting us after receipt of your shipment. Items will be subject to owners discretion to return or exchange items.

If you’re dissatisfied with your purchase please contact us immediately. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

NO Returns or Exchanges for Intimate Apparel or swimwear, hats, or personal items. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned due to health and sanitary standards. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.

BUYER is solely responsible for return shipping cost!

 To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

STORE CREDITS (Gift Cards) FOR RETURNS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied in the form of a Gift Card.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
